Single Room with Ensuite
Located in the newly built section, these rooms are spacious, light and airy with a sliding door allowing access to a small outside area with tables and chairs, adjustable low low electric beds, built in wardrobes and shelving with lockable drawer, lockable bedside table, over bed table, nurse call system, television, telephone and internet connections, individual air conditioning, visitors chair and free domestic telephone calls.
Each room has its own spacious ensuite with vanity and open shower to enable suitable access for lifting and other equipment as required.
Maximum Price:
Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) - $420,000
Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) - $91.59
A combination of the RAD and DAP
An example of a combination payment based on 50% RAD and 50% DAP is $210,000 plus a DAP of $45.80 per day.
Refundable deposit retention – if you pay a lump sum, your provider keeps 2% of your lump sum per year. This amount is not refunded when you leave care. After 5 years in care, no further retention amounts will be deducted.
Daily accommodation payment (DAP) indexing – if you pay by DAP, this amount will increase due to indexation on 20 March and 20 September each year. Indexation does not apply to daily accommodation contributions (DAC) paid by residents eligible for government assistance with their accommodation costs.
